Using the Anchorage City Church Facility
The Anchorage City Church auditorium is where the church
meets as a large group on Sundays. We also use it
for other purposes during the week, but we want to serve
our community by making the facility available when we
are not using it.
The auditorium is large and can accommodate a variety of seating
arrangements. We have a large kitchen adjacent to
the auditorium. Other rooms of various sizes are
available as an alternative to the auditorium, or in
addition to it.
We have developed a number of rules and regulations for
use of the facility. We will give you this
information when you sign up to use the facility, and
ask you to sign indicating your understanding.
Rules & Regulations
1. Setup is your responsibility.
2. Cleanup is your responsibility. You must replace
everything as you found it. Failure to do so will
result in a full or partial forfeiture of your
deposit.
3. You may use our tables on request, but no
guarantees are made to their availability.
4. Any request for ACC to promote your event should
be submitted to the main office.
5. No one is allowed to be on the playground
outside, or in other restricted areas, you and your
security team will be responsible for enforcement of
all rules.
6. All music will be approved by the soundperson.
7. Instruments must be brought by you. Microphones
will be provided.
8. We have one cordless microphone.
9. Any outside contractors must be submitted for
approval before the event. (Caters, Videographers,
Performers, etc…)
10. While the building schedule is on a “first come,
first serve” basis, we reserve the right to refuse
service and modify all Usage Policies, Applications,
Fee Schedules and
Signed contracts at our
discretion.
11. No reservations will be taken sooner than 4
months prior to the event.
12. Anchorage City Church is a smoke free building.
13. Anchorage City Church is an alcohol free
building.
14. Keys will not be provided, loaned out, or passed
along between people under any circumstances. Host(s)
will have all the keys necessary.
15. This is a request only, not a contract. A
meeting will be set to confirm details and sign a
contract. A deposit is expected at that meeting.
16. Payment in full before the event is required.
