May 4 - 11am - Richard Irwin
- Equipping 1.5
Richard Irwin
talks about equipping people in practical ways for
the work of service to the kingdom. of God. You

April 27 - 11am - Richard Irwin
- Burden Bearing
Richard Irwin
talks about how God puts the solitary in families,
and how he uses you and me to do it. He concludes
with a discussion about reaching out to the hurting.
People who are in pain from rejection and other
emotional wounds are not always easy to be around,
but even when someone lashes out we are required to
demonstrate God's love in practical ways.
April 20 - 11am - Aaron Gray & Richard Irwin III
- Generations
The preacher's
kids go at it, talking about reaching multiple
generations for Christ. What are the differences,
and how do people from one group bridge the gap to
minister to the others? The differences are real,
but perhaps not as large as we think.
April 13 - 11am - Brian Gray - Nurturing God's
Portfolio
Brian Gray talks
about investing our time, talent and treasure in
things that really matter - God's Kingdom. 1) Invest
in the eternal, 2) God's kingdom is eternal, 3)
God's kingdom exists in the hearts of people, 4)
Invest in people. Investments always cost - some
more than others - but eternal investments continue
to pay dividends without end.
April 6 - 11am - Richard Irwin - Friends Don't
Let Friends Go
Richard Irwin
talks about caring for others, and nurturing the
hurting. Our duty as a family of Christian
believers is to pursue people who are wounded by the
actions of others. The Bible is clear that offenses
will come, but we are obligated to reach out to them
to keep them from falling.
March 30 - 9am - Brian Gray - Healing the Broken
Heart
Brian Gray talks
about how he came to see the need for healing the
broken hearted, and he shows how to reach out to
change others lives in a nurturing manner.
March 15 - 9am - Randy Clark- Healing Stories

recites stories of healing at his meetings in Brazil
and the US. Included are references to several
prophecies and words of knowledge that also deal

talks about having a home that nurtures and builds
lives for the future of the kingdom of God.
February 24 - 11am - Dr Kim Patterson -
Loving the Skin You're In
Dr Kim Patterson
shows that the differences of race are the plan of
God that we should celebrate, and that no matter
what your racial makeup is, you are called for a
purpose in the kingdom of God.
February 24 - 9am - Dr Kim Patterson -
Principals of Gathering
Dr Kim Patterson
discusses ways in which the church is called to
gather others, and how we can make the most of the
ways that work best for us.
February 10 - 9am - Richard Irwin - Being
Redeemed
Richard Irwin
talks about us being the redeemed of the Lord, and
what that means in our actions and lifestyle. God
has changed us, and is still changing us into his
likeness, and as such, we are his representatives to
the world.
February 3 - 9am - Paula Gray - Gathering II
Paula Gray
continues from where her husband, Brian, left off
last week. The subject is still gathering, but the
emphasis is moved to the practical side of including
others. She specifically deals with gathering people
that are different from you. People of all types are
looking for others that honestly care about them.
You can do that. You can make a difference.
January 27 - 9am - Brian Gray - Gathering I
Brian Gray first
discusses the fast that we are encouraging our
members to participate in, and then goes on to talk
about the simple process of gathering people into
the kingdom of God. He uses the example of his own
experience both before and after he became a
Christian believer himself, and shows how easy and
natural it is to share your faith with others.
January 20 - 11am - Richard Irwin -
Vision
Richard Irwin
talks about the the mission and vision of Anchorage
City Church; what we are about and where we are
going. God has called us to be salt and light, first
to our own city, and then to our state and to our
world. We have a destiny that the Father has planned
for us as a community of believers in coordination
with all believers. In order to better understand
where God is directing us we believe we need to seek
him first. With that in mind we are asking people to
fast, and call upon God for direction for the next
phase of his plan for us.
January 6 - 9am - Richard Irwin -
Embracing Our Differences
Richard Irwin
deals with the idea of differences in relationships,
and how they apply to the Kingdom of God. Healthy
marriages are not built on people with the same
character traits, but by people that have learned to
embrace their differences. In the same way,
churches, and individual Christians need to learn to
discover and enjoy the unique ways that God has
designed us all. Anchorage City Church needs to
reach out to other churches and groups in the area
and learn to treasure the character that God has
planted in each.

December 30 - 9am - Richard Irwin -
Worship Priority
Richard Irwin
talks about the essential priority of worship in the
life of the Christian believer. We cannot be
followers of Christ without true worship, expressed
from the heart. True worship is not always ecstatic,
but it is costly, and it is a mark of all real
disciples.
December 23 - No sermon this week;
Christmas play instead
December 16 - 9am - Richard Irwin -
Frontloading
Richard Irwin
reveals a new focus for Anchorage City Church -
"Frontloading." The idea being that while in the
past the church has focused most of it's resources
on rescuing people from the effects of our fallen
natures, our focus should be on preventing the
decline of society in the first place. We should
target the youth, and do what we can to educate and
encourage their healthy participation for their
future.
December 9 - 11am - Richard Irwin - Naturally
Supernatural #5
Richard Irwin
continues with the message of being naturally
supernatural, and specifically dealing with how to
hear the voice of God in your life. God does not
want us to continue on our merry way without a
constant contact him, and we need to know things
that our natural perceptions can no tell us. The
solution is to listen to the Father.
